2、.001(即 0.1 %蔗糖),使用前應校正。 2.2 試樣:混濁試樣需混合均勻,經過濾後測定;濃縮樣品需經均質後直接測定。 2.3 步驟 2.3.1 將欲測之樣品汁液滴在校正過之 阿貝折射計上,確定試樣均勻的覆蓋在鏡面上。 2.3.2 待果汁溫度與室溫平衡後 (大約 30 秒 ),觀看指示度數。 2.4 計算 可溶性固形物 (0Brix 或 g/100 g)指示度數測定室溫與 20 之誤差值(表 1) 2.5 注意事項 2.5.1 測定溫度為 20,阿貝折射計上所指示之度數即代表可溶性固形物之含量。 2.5.2 果汁 (juices)酸度校正的步驟,其可溶性固形物之計算如下,經溫度與酸度校正
