4、cations and scope The specifications of this standard apply to supporting parts of electric hoists, which are used on their own or together with other equipment, e.g. cranes. The nominal rope diameters were determined in accordance with DIN 15 020 Part 1, and in particular in driving gear groups 1 B
5、m and 1 Am for wire ropes made of wire of nominal strength 1770 N/rnm2 (1 80 kp/mm2) and in the other driving gear groups wire of nominal strength 1570 N/md (160 kp/mm2). The nominal sheave diameters were determined in accordance with DIN 15020 Part 1 and are rounded up to the nearest nominal diamet
6、er for sheaves. Sheaves of the same diameter can be used for upper drums. When using wire ropes of greater strength, the nominal wire diameters and sheave diameters specified in DIN 15020 Part 1 can be used. If electric hoists are classified according to operating conditions and by agreement with th
7、e manufacturer into wire rope drive gear groups 4m or 5m. then the specifications of DIN 15020 Part 1 shall apply. This standard is intended to regulate the use of DIN 15020 Part 1 for electric hoists and to make the classification of bottom blocks into drive gear groups 1 B, 1 A, 2, and 3, easier f

I Page4 DIN 15410 3 Design The bottom blocks for electric hoists shall be designed in compliance with the following standards: - sheaves: - calculation of nominal wire rope diameters and sheave di
12、ameters: groove profiles and accuracy in accordance with DIN 15061 Part 1, the accuracy being subject to agreement; in accordance with DIN 15 020 Part 1. The values of nominal wire rope diameters and sheave diameters as given in the tables are minimum values. Thicker ropes up to 1,25 times the given
13、 values may be laid up with the same rope tensile force or lifting capacity without adverse effect on the service life, but the semi-diameter of the grooves shall be matched to the rope diameter. Larger sheave diameters increase the laying-up time of the wire rope. - Lifting hook suspensions and the
14、 lifting hooks used in them: Lifting hook suspensions for power driven serial lifting appliances conforming to DIN 15411. Strength class in accordance with DIN 15400. Type ASN with shape GSN single hook in accordance with DIN 15401 Part 2. Type AS with shape GS single hook in accordance with DIN 154
15、01 Part 2. Type AFN with shape GFNsingle hook in accordance with DIN 15401 Part 2. Type AF with shape GF single hook in accordance with DIN 15401 Part 2. The rope outlet slots shall be designed so that the rope does not touch, even with the permitted rope deflection which occurs.
