9、 differs from DIN 18202:2005-10 as follows: a) the normative reference used up to now, DIN 18000, Modular coordination in building, has since been withdrawn. The reference specifications contained in DIN 18000, e.g., reference points, size references for building components etc., nevertheless provid

10、e the basis for DIN 18202, because the principle of deviations from target size or distances between measuring points are based upon these specifications. For the deviation of the position of a point, it is also necessary to have a reference to a second point, and thus a reference length. This refer

An increasing number of questions related to this sec

In the newly formulated Group 2, the phrase “subject to more stringent requirements” has been deleted b

An increasing number of questions related to this section had also been raised by users of this standard; e) additional basic principles for checking deviations h

The explanations provide clarification on the various methods of checking points, lines and surfaces with regard to the absolute position or orientation in the room or the level of flatness. This standard covers the classification of the various types of deviation as well as t

Based on the experience of users of DIN 18202 in practice, the procedure for checking deviations and the classification of applications in the system of the tolerance types according to this standard have proven to be a key source of errors; f) the procedure for chec

19、 Supplement 1 to DIN 18202-4: 1977-08 DIN 18202-5: 1979-10 Introduction In the practical application of DIN 18202:2005-10, no substantive errors have been uncovered nor have innovations occurred that would make this edition of the standard invalid. A significant revision of the contents of this stan

Nevertheless, multiple inquiries from the construction industry regarding the interpretation or application of this standard have made it apparent that certain text formulations need to be clarified. The substance of the standard has not been fundamentally changed. D

21、IN 18202:2013-04 5 1 Scope This standard applies to the tolerances specified in Clause 5. It applies to structures and components. The specified tolerances apply for the execution of works in building construction irrespective of the materials used. The purpose of this standard is to lay down princi

22、ples for tolerances and to specify procedures for compliance control. This standard does not deal with deformation as a function of time, loading and temperature. Variations in height between adjacent components (e.g. the joints in filigree floors, floor coverings or wall cladding or lining) are not

23、 within the scope of this standard. These shall be considered separately. 2 Normative references Not applicable. 3 Terms and definitions For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply. 3.1 target size size used in drawings to indicate the size, shape and position of a c

31、 point from the alignment line Note 1 to entry: See Figure 13. 4 Principles 4.1 Tolerances serve to limit the deviations from target sizes indicating the sizes, shapes and positions of structures and components. 4.2 Compliance with tolerances is required to ensure the desired performance despite the

32、 unavoidable inaccuracies involved in the manufacture, erection and measurement of structures and components, and to permit their installation and assembly at each stage of the construction process without undue adjustment and repair work 4.3 The tolerances specified in this standard shall apply unl

33、ess otherwise specified. Compliance with these tolerances ensures the accuracy attainable in practice for standard construction work or for conventional components or structures of conventional size, assuming proper workmanship. However, if structures or components are required to meet other accurac

34、y requirements, these shall be agreed upon, taking their economic viability into due account. The measures involved shall be planned in advance, and compliance control shall be possible while work is in progress. NOTE The tolerances specified in this standard are not intended to be exhaustive. 4.4 D

35、eformation as a function of time, loading and temperature shall be considered elsewhere. 4.5 Tolerances in this standard provide the basis for calculations to achieve good fit for building purposes. Such calculations shall also take into consideration deformation as a function of time, loading and t

36、emperature, and functional requirements (e.g. limit values defining the permitted strain in a joint seal). 4.6 The position of structures, components or spaces is determined within a coordination system using a set reference type. The types of reference are the boundary reference, axial reference, t

37、he axial position and the boundary position (see Figure 3 and the example in Figure 4). DIN 18202:2013-04 8 Any necessary reference points are to be established before construction work commences. In order to avoid differences in measurement, during construction and when performing dimensional check
