Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff

17、., 7 ff. EU or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information 0.1.1 Type and condition, in particular the lo

18、adbearing capacity of the background (substructure, supporting layer or supporting structure). 0.1.2 Type, location, dimensions, accessibility, nature and loadbearing capacity of the storage and erection areas, and any restrictions on height of working space, grouped according to construction stage.

19、 0.1.3 Depth and types of foundation and constructional details of, and loads from, neighbouring structures. 0.1.4 Form of excavations. DIN 18335:2016-09 5 0.1.5 Type, constructional details, dimensions and location of any scaffolding installed by other contractors, and schedule for the installation

20、 or removal of such scaffolding. 0.2 Details of execution of work 0.2.1 Number/quantity, type, location, dimensions, materials and design (material grade) of the components to be produced. 0.2.2 Information whether components are to be made/the work is to be done from measurements taken on site or f

21、rom drawings. 0.2.3 Method of preparing the background (e.g. cleaning, high-pressure water jetting, keying, removal of old plaster, strengthening of background). 0.2.4 Number, type, location, dimensions and design of edgings and connections to/junctions with adjacent components (e.g. anchor plates,

22、splice plates, dividing strips). 0.2.5 Type, number, location, design and dimensions of bearings, column bases, joints, splices. 0.2.6 Type, number, location, dimensions and design of movement and structural joints, and of joints between components. 0.2.7 Permissible compressive loads in joints at b

23、earings and column bases; extent of any settlement over time. 0.2.8 Type, location, dimensions and number of openings to be made or closed up. 0.2.9 Type, number, location, dimensions and mass of components to be installed or embedded. 0.2.10 Any requirements relating to fire and radiation protectio

24、n, damp-proofing, sound or thermal insulation, airtightness, electrical conductivity, building acoustics, lighting and ventilation to be observed. 0.2.11 More stringent requirements relating to flatness and dimensional tolerances according to DIN 18202 (e.g. for faades, process equipment). 0.2.12 Le

25、velling surface irregularities and dimensional deviations in the background exceeding the tolerances in DIN 18202. 0.2.13 Any restrictions on deformations to be considered. 0.2.14 Specification of any jointing method to be used (e.g. welding, bolting, riveting), or any not to be used. 0.2.15 Any req

26、uired dressing of welds. 0.2.16 Any experts opinion to be taken into consideration in doing the work. 0.2.17 Any separate parts of the work prior or subsequent to the main work. 0.2.18 Type, dimensions and number of samples/sample areas and colour samples/mock-ups to be submitted, and where these ar

27、e to be installed or erected. DIN 18335:2016-09 6 0.2.19 Protection of building and system components, furniture, and the like. 0.2.20 Information on which to base workshop drawings with all components, joints and connections (e.g. cross-sections, materials, sheet thicknesses, screws and bolts, weld

28、s). 0.2.21 Execution specifications drafted by the contractor on the basis of execution specifications handed over to him by the client (manufacturing specifications), e.g.: workshop drawings, erection plans, item lists, work instructions. 0.2.22 Any documents which the client is required to approve

29、. 0.2.23 Type and extent of component or material tests over and above those required in the Bauregelliste (Construction Products List) and the Liste der technischen Baubestimmungen (List of Technical Building Rules). 0.2.24 Type and scope of any trial loading. 0.2.25 Any testing other than specifie

30、d in subclause 3.1.1. 0.2.26 Any special requirements for electronic data exchange. 0.2.27 Information on corrosion protection according to DIN 18364. 0.2.28 Any exceptional mechanical or chemical conditions to which materials and components will be exposed after installation. 0.3 Details not includ

31、ed in the specifications of this standard 0.3.1 If specifications are to be made that are not included in the specifications of this standard, they shall be described separately and clearly in the specification of works. 0.3.2 Such specifications may be of particular relevance in: subclause 3.1.1, i

32、f, instead of a declaration of compliance with the order, submission of test reports or inspection certificates (type 3.1 or 3.2) is to be agreed, subclause 3.1.4, if it is to be the contractors responsibility to provide drawings and strength analyses required to obtain the building permit, subclaus

33、e 3.1.4, if some of the execution specifications are to be drafted by the contractor, subclause 3.2, if tolerances other than specified are to be complied with, subclause 3.2.2, if structures with nominal dimensions over 60 m are to be produced, subclause 5.1, if the mass of the structure is to be d

34、etermined by weighing, subclause 5.2.2, if, when calculating the mass, that of offcuts and any rolling tolerances are to be allowed for, DIN 18335:2016-09 7 subclause 5.2.3, if fasteners are to be taken into account when determining the mass of the structure, subclause 5.4.1, if all components of a

35、particular size and type are to be weighed. 0.4 Details of associated tasks and special tasks The following associated tasks are especially likely to require separate itemization in accordance with DIN 18299, subclause 0.4.1: provision of scaffolding (see subclause 4.1.1), erection and provision of

36、ancillary equipment (see subclause 4.1.2), tightness tests (see subclause 4.1.9). 0.5 Accounting of works In the specification of works, accounting of works shall be based on the following: 0.5.1 Mass (kg, t), accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: steel component

37、s, foot blocks, intermediate structures and other special components. 0.5.2 Number of items, accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: steel components, composite components made of steel and reinforced concrete, foot blocks, intermediate structures and other special

38、 components, headed stud shear connectors. 0.5.3 Length (m), accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: steel components, composite components made of steel and reinforced concrete, foot blocks, intermediate structures and other special components. 0.5.4 Area (m2), ac

39、counted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: steel components, composite components made of steel and reinforced concrete, foot blocks, intermediate structures and other special components. 0.5.5 Volume (m3): composite components made of steel and reinforced concrete. 0.5

40、.6 Composite components made of steel and reinforced concrete can also be accounted separately: steel components as specified in subclauses 0.5.1 to 0.5.4, plain concrete and reinforced concrete components, as specified in DIN 18331. DIN 18335:2016-09 8 1 Scope 1.1 This standard covers structural st

41、eelwork, including composite structures, in building and civil engineering. 1.2 This standard does not cover: metalwork (see DIN 18360) or corrosion protection work (see DIN 18364). 1.3 DIN 18299, clauses 1 to 5 shall also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present

42、standard, DIN 18335 shall take precedence. 2 Materials and components No details are required supplementary to those specified in DIN 18299, clause 2. 3 Execution of work The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 3 shall be supplemented as follows: 3.1 General 3.1.1 DIN EN 1090-2 applies for structura

43、l steelwork. 3.1.2 Reservations according to VOB/B (DIN 1961), 4, clause 3 could involve in particular the following: any discrepancies between the conditions on site and the specifications, inadequate condition of the areas foreseen for erection work in the construction site set-up plan, any deviat

44、ions of the points of connection or support for the steel construction exceeding those permitted in DIN 18202 or contractually agreed, deviations in concrete components exceeding those permitted in DIN EN 1992 (all parts) including the National Annexes DIN EN 1992/NA (all parts) and DIN 1045-3. 3.1.

45、3 Movement joints shall coincide with, and be of the same width as, any movement joints in the structure. 3.1.4 On the basis of the execution specifications to be handed over by the client, the contractor shall prepare the necessary manufacturing specifications before the start of the fabrication pr

46、ocess. Where the client is to approve the manufacturing specifications supplied by the contractor and finds no grounds for objection, he shall return one copy bearing his approval mark. He shall notify the contractor of his objections without delay. DIN 18335:2016-09 9 3.2 Tolerances 3.2.1 Manufactu

47、ring tolerances The following tolerances apply for the manufacture of loadbearing steel components: essential tolerances according to DIN EN 1090-2; supplementary tolerances according to DIN EN ISO 13920 for welded and non-welded structures, Class C dimensional tolerances for lengths and angular siz

48、es, and Class G for straightness, flatness and parallelism. 3.2.2 Erection tolerances The following tolerances apply for the erection of loadbearing steel components: essential tolerances according to DIN EN 1090-2; tolerances according to DIN 18202 for the finished structure with nominal dimensions up to 60 m. Requirements on dimensional stability more stringent than those given in the above standards count as special tasks according to subclause 4.2.7. 3.3 Erection 3.3.1 On-site preparatory work The on-site preparatory work is the totality of the preparato
