20、ion 3.3.1 Finish Pipes shall have a type W2Ab, W2Rb, WCAb or WCRb finish as in DIN EN 10217-7:2005-05, Table 2. 3.3.2 Surface condition The roughness, Ra, shall be 0,8 m for the pipe inside surface and 1,6 m for the weld. Raas defined in DIN EN ISO 4287 shall be measured as specified in DIN EN ISO 4
21、288, axial measurements being carried out on at least every twentieth pipe length. All measurements shall be taken at a distance of 5 mm from the pipe end and documented in the inspection certificate. 3.3.3 Pipe ends 3.3.3.1 Standard design Pipe ends shall be cut without planing. DIN 2430-1:2009-02
22、7 3.3.3.2 Design for orbital friction welding Subject to agreement, pipes intended for orbital friction welding shall be prepared for welding as in DIN EN ISO 9692-1 (indicating the respective reference number). Tolerance Q as in 4.7.2.5 and Table 5 of DIN 2609:1991-02 shall be 0,5 % of the referenc
23、e dimension (with a maximum of 0,5 mm). The limit deviations for the edges of workpieces shall be 05,003,0+as in DIN ISO 13715. 3.4 Manufactured lengths Pipes shall be manufactured in (standard) lengths of 6 m or 12 m, with other lengths being subject to agree-ment. 3.5 Testing Pipes complying with
24、this standard shall be tested in accordance with AD 2000 Merkblatt W2. For additional roughness measurements 3.3.2 shall apply. Stress analysis shall be carried out for resistance to static pressure and, where relevant, to dynamic pressure. 3.6 Marking Marking shall be as in DIN EN 10217-7:2005-05,
25、clause 12. 3.7 Materials testing certificate Compliance of pipes with the requirements of the order shall be verified by means of an inspection certificate 3.1 as in DIN EN 10204. 4 Elbows 4.1 General Elbows shall be type 5 elbows as in DIN 2605-1, of any bend angle up to 90. Larger angles are permi
26、tted subject to agreement. Elbows shall be manufactured from longitudinally welded straight pipes as in clause 3, originating from the same lot where possible. Since measurement of the pipe inside diameter at the curvature is very difficult, compliance with the tolerances shall be checked on the bas

The measurement results shall be recorded in a t
