8、ts have been added; d) Clause 4 has been extended; e) in Table 1 “milestones” have been supplemented; f) document types and reference documents have been added in Table 3. Previous editions DIN 28000-1: 2002-04 DIN 28000-1:2011-01 4 1 Scope This standard specifies the information required in the doc

9、uments for the individual phases (i.e. of the life cycle) of a process plant. This document can be used as a technical basis for agreements on services to be rendered (contracts) and for defining individual tasks during the life cycle of a process plant. The assignment of documents to the individual

10、 phases of the life cycle of a process plant depends on the structure of the plant, how the work or transaction is to be executed, the trade(s) involved and other influencing factors. Therefore, the objective of this standard is not to define a strict classification, but to provide a practical list

11、of all essential documents and their main contents. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. Phases can overlap and/or even be simultaneous at times (see Figure 3 and Figure 4), they do not have to be defined as temporally distinct periods. Phases A to L cover the pr

16、oject phase, which is characterized by project organization (see DIN 69901-1). Phases M to S describe the operation of the process plant (operational phase) and are characterized by operations management (see DIN EN 13460). Phase T can be carried out as a project. 19、dicate the actual duration of the phase) Table 1 gives the names of and describes the individual life cycle phases of a process plant. Table 2 lists the types of document relating to phases A to L (project phases), and Table 3 lists the types of document relating to phases M to T (operational phases

20、, decommissioning, demolition and disposal). In Table 2 and Table 3, the document types are assigned to each phase according to the earliest time at which they may be generated during that phase, whereby the order of documents does not necessarily need to be followed as shown for that phase. Further

21、more, during the life cycle of a process plant, the same types of document may be generated in several phases and may have a different updated status in each phase. The content of each document is described in the standard(s) referred to. The document classification codes (DCC) as defined in DIN EN

22、61355-1 are also given in order to improve communication and understanding between parties who share documents.
