2、 application This Standard lays down the technical acceptance conditions for spinning and planishing lathes. They cover preparatory measures and geometrical tests of the machine (manufacturing accuracy). The test conditions correspond to DIN 8601 (Preliminary Standard), which complies with the Inter
3、national Recom- mendation ISO/R 230. If all the tests are not completed, or if additional tests are necessary, this must be agreed between the manufacturer and the user. The appropriate German regulations must be observed for the testing of the safety-related condition of the machine. The test proce
4、dures only give the test principle and the recommended test equipment which is usual in most firms, Other test procedures according to DIN 8601 (Preliminary Standard) of the same degree of accuracy are per- m iss bl e. In the column “Test instructions“, the relevant section number from DIN 8601 (Pre

Rotate the travel arm through 180 to a2 and read off the indi

Repeat the test in the horizontal plane at b, and b2: Then retract the center sleeve (II) and at a distance of 300 mm repeat the test in both the vertical and the horizontal planes. With regard to the wide range of applications of these machines, a practical test was not included.
