17、m gilt fr die Messung faseroptischer Elemente und Produkte zur Bild- und Datenbertragung (Strecken bis 100 m) und Leitung von Licht sowie optischer Strahlung aus dem nahen infraroten und ultravioletten Spektralbereich. Sie gilt nicht fr faseroptische Elemente und Produkte, die zur Nachrichten- und D

22、smission (distances up to 100 m) as well as for transmission of light and optical radiation in the near infrared and ultraviolet spectral range. The standard is not applicable for fiber optic components and products, intended for telecommunications and data transmission for distances 100m . This sta

27、ngsstrke erzeugen knnen. Die Probe ist gleichmig diffus zu beleuchten. Dazu knnen z.B. eine Streuscheibe (siehe Bild 1) oder eine Ulbrichtkugel zwischen Lichtquelle und Eintrittsflche der Probe verwendet werden. 29、 Dokumentationseinrichtung (z. B. Bildbearbei-tung) ausgestattet sein. 6 Vorbehandlung der Probe Die Endflchen der Probe sind unmittelbar vor der Messung sorgfltig zu reinigen. 7 Durchfhrung der Messung Zur Messung wird die Helligkeit der Lichtquelle so reguliert, dass sich intakte Fasern, bei aussc
30、hlielicher Durchlichtbeleuchtung, deutlich von den gebrochenen (dunkeln) und grauen Fasern abheben. Auerdem muss die Vergrerung des Mikroskops so gewhlt werden, dass die einzelnen Fasern gut erkennbar sind. 8 DIN 58141-5:2011-03 5 Measurement devices and auxiliary tools 5.1 Illumination system The i
31、llumination system shall be able to generate a variable illuminance at the entrance surface of the specimen. The specimen shall be illuminated diffusely and uniformly. For example, a diffuser plate (see Fig. 1) or an integrating sphere between light source and entrance surface of the specimen can be
32、 used for that purpose. 33、aces of the specimen perpendicular to the optical axis of the measurement system. 5.3 Microscope The microscope shall be equipped with an incident illumination system and a documentation unit (e.g. image editing system). 6 Pre-treatment of the specimen The end faces of the specimen shall be carefull
34、y cleaned directly before the measurement. 7 Procedure For the measurement, the intensity of the light source shall be adjusted in a way that intact fibers will be clearly outlined against broken (dark) and grey fibers, using transmitted light exclusively. In addition, the magnification of the micro
35、scope shall be chosen in a way that the individual fibers can be clearly observed. 9 DIN 58141-5:2011-03 Die Austrittsflche der Probe wird jeweils bei Durchlicht sowie bei gleichzeitigem Durch- und Auflicht betrachtet und dokumentiert. Die Durch- und Auflichtbeleuchtung dient zur Unterscheidung von
36、Stellen unzureichender Packungsdichte der Probe und von gebrochenen Fasern. Die Auswerteflche kann produktabhngig von der Austrittsflche abweichen und ist im Messbericht anzugeben. 8 Auswertung Durch Auszhlen wird die Anzahl der gebrochenen Fasern, grauen Fasern und die Gesamtfaseranzahl bestimmt. The different options of illumination will be used to distinguish between locations of insufficient packing density of the specimen and the broken fibers. Depending on the product, the area of detection can deviate from the emitt
40、ing area and shall be declared in the measurement report. 8 Evaluation The number of broken fibers, grey fibers and the total number of fibers are determined by counting. The rate of fiber breaks B is given by fibers of number Totalfibers broken of Number=B 9 Measurement report With reference to thi
41、s standard the measurement report shall contain the following data: a) identification of the specimen; b) geometry of the specimen (length, cross section, fiber diameter); c) area of detection; d) measurement result: for image guide: number of grey and broken fibers; for light guide: rate of fiber breakage; e) date; f) name of test laboratory; g) name of inspector.
