8、fies requirements for hexagon fits bolts with long thread with a thread diameter d from 8 mm to 52 mm, of product grade A for a thread diameter d 10 mm and of product grade B for a thread diameter d 12 mm. This standard applies for hexagon fits bolts with a thread diameter d 39 mm only with regard t

9、o dimensions and tolerances. The other properties shall be agreed upon in a suitable manner. NOTE This standard contains the new widths across flats 16 mm, 18 mm, 21 mm and 34 mm according to DIN ISO 272 for the thread diameters d = 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm and 22 mm. The old widths across flats (17 mm,

46、; any other tolerances shall be stated when ordering, e.g.: Fit bolt DIN 609 M12 n6 60 8.8 A shank produced to tolerance k6 is normally to be mated with an H7 clearance hole. Lengths exceeding 200 mm shall be graded in 10 mm increments. Bracketed sizes should be avoided if possible. Fit bolts used f

47、or repair work (i.e. in existing drill holes) should have a shank diameter 1 mm larger than the nominal size (e.g. M20 bolts should have a diameter dsof 22 mm, not 21 mm). This deviation shall be reflected in the designation, e.g.: Fit bolt DIN 609 M20 22 120 8.8 4 Masses The values provided in Tabl

48、e 2 for steel bolts are intended to serve as reference values. Approximately the same values may be assumed for bolts with fine pitch thread.
