Durch u

27、nterschiedliche Zu lassungsvera hren , Ferti- gungsmethoden, Werkstoffe usw. sind die Angaben in dieser Norm ber Sechskantschrauben fr eine Ferti- gung im Ausland nicht immer ausreichend. So werden dort z. B. Werkstoffe verwendet, die wohl dem Normteil im Endzustand die geforderten Eigenschaften sic

28、her- stellen, jedoch nicht als gleichwertiger Werkstoff im entsprechenden Werkstoff-Leistungsblatt des Werk- stoff-Handbuches der Deutschen Luftahrt, Teil I, ange- geben sind. Die in DIN 29895 aufgefhrten auslndischen Werk- stoffe sind durch die in den einzelnen Lndern zustn- digen Zulassungsstellen

29、 als dem deutschen Werkstoff gleichwertig anerkannt. Die im Abschnitt A.2 geforderte Oberlchenbehand- lung ist der nach LN 9368 Teil 7 geforderten gleich- wertig. Eine Differenz in der ueren Gestaltung, bedingt durch unterschiedliche Herstellungsverahren, hat kei- nen Einflu auf die Funktion und Aus

30、tauschbarkeit, so- lange die in der Tabelle angegebenen Mae eingehal- ten werden. A.2 Oberflchenbehandlung A.1 General This annex contains additional information concerning the manufacture of hexagon screws outside Germany. Owing to varying approving procedures, production methods, materials, etc.,

31、the details given in this stan- dard on hexagon screws are not always sufficient for manufacture abroad. For instance, materials are used which may well ensure the required characteristics for the standard part in its final state, but which are not listed as equivalent material in the corresponding

32、mate- rial data sheet of the German Aviation Materials Ma- nual, Part I. The foreign materials listed in DIN 29895 are approved by the responsible qualification authorities of the indivi- dual countries as equivalent to the German material. The surface treatment required in clause A.2 is equiv- alent to that called for in LN 9368 Part 7. Differences in appearance due to varying manufac- turing methods do not affect the performance and inter- changeability provided the dimensions given in the table are adhered to.
