Fr Deutschland hat hieran der Arbeitsausschuss NA 109-00-01 AA Materialien, Ausrstungen und Offshore-Bauwerke fr die Erdl-, petrochemische und Erdgasindustrie Spiegelausschuss zu CEN/TC 12

7、 und ISO/TC 67“ im Normenausschuss Erdl- und Erdgasgewinnung (NG) des DIN Deutsches Institut fr Normung e. V. mitgearbeitet. Dieses Dokument enthlt unter Bercksichtigung des DIN-Prsidialbeschlusses 1/2004 nur die englische Originalfassung des ISO/TR. Fr die in diesem Dokument zitierten International

9、3 Begriffe Fr die Anwendung dieses Fachberichts gelten die Begriffe nach ISO/IEC-Guide 2 hinsichtlich der Konformi-ttsbewertung mit Ausnahme der folgenden hier angegebenen Begriffe: 3.1 Klasse einem Produkt, Prozess oder einer Dienstleistung zugewiesene Zahl, die mit dem Risiko des Versagens des bet

10、reffenden Produktes, Prozesses oder der Dienstleistung whrend seiner/ihrer Anwendung auf Grund der Konstruktion oder Herstellung, oder auf Grund von Prozess- oder Dienstleistungsfehlern in Verbindung steht und die das entsprechende einzusetzende System der Konformittsbewertung angibt ANMERKUNG Bei d

11、er Klassifizierung eines Produktes, Prozesses oder einer Dienstleistung wird ein Versagen auf Grund falscher Anwendung oder nicht ordnungsgemer Instandhaltung des Produktes, Prozesses oder der Dienst-leistung nicht bercksichtigt. 3.2 Ausfallwahrscheinlichkeit Hufigkeit der innerhalb eines Jahres vor

12、kommenden Ausflle eines Produktes, Prozesses oder einer Dienst-leistung, geteilt durch die Gesamtanzahl der im selben Jahr in Betrieb befindlichen betreffenden Produkte, Prozesse oder Dienstleistungen 3.3 Ausfallfolge Ergebnisse des Ausfalls von Produkten, Prozessen oder Dienstleistungen ANMERKUNG I

13、n der Erdl- und Erdgasindustrie sind die finanziellen Kosten das am hufigsten verwendete Ma fr die Ausfallfolgen. Das bedeutet, dass die immateriellen Aspekte der Ergebnisse infolge eines Ausfalls, wie z. B. die gesellschaftliche Anerkennung, in finanzielle Kosten umgerechnet werden mssen. Die Koste

14、n fr einen Ausfall knnen Kosten fr die Wiederherstellung der Umwelt (d. h. Beseitigung von Umweltschden), fr Produktionsverzgerungen oder -ausflle, fr die Verringerung der Wirksamkeit sowie gesundheits- und sicherheitsrelevante Kosten usw. umfassen. 3.4 Ausfallrisiko Wahrscheinlichkeit multipliziert

15、 mit der Folge 3.5 Konstruktionsbewertung formelle, dokumentierte, umfassende und systematische Untersuchung einer Konstruktion zur Beurteilung der Anforderungen an die Konstruktion und der Fhigkeit der Konstruktion, diese Anforderungen zu erfllen ANMERKUNG 1 Im Zusammenhang mit dem vorliegenden Dok

If so, the manufacturer/supplie

44、ses of this Technical Report, the following classification principles apply.Gbe CLASS should be determined taking full account of the total life of the product, process or service, starting withits functional specification and ending with its decommissioning/demobilization.Gbe CLASS should take full

45、 account of the health, safety and environmental requirements valid for the countries inwhich the product, process or service is created, used and/or decommissioned/demobilized.Gbe CLASS, when established according to clause 5 or clause 6, should be determined using verifiableparameters.In this Tech

46、nical Report, five classes are defined, from 1 to 5, of which CLASS 1 represents the highest risk offailure and CLASS 5 represents the lowest risk of failure.The relationship between the classes and the conformity assessment systems is defined in Table 1.6DIN CEN ISO/TR 13881 (DIN SPEC 91088):2011-0

48、6 provide two different methods of CLASS determination.5 Classification method based on calculation5.1 GeneralThis method can be used when specific data on costs and probabilities are available. Two sub-models arepresented here. When combined, they provide a full model for classification. The sub-mo

49、dels are based on theassumption that cost can be allocated to the level of certainty that the product, process or service will fulfil itsintended purpose without failure. Other models may be used but are not described within this Technical Report.NOTE The classification models are used by the user/purchaser of a product, process or service to calculate and thereafterindicate which CLASS number is required to obtain the appropriate conformity assessment.
