6、uropean Standard EN 1991-1-3 allows national safety parameters, referred to as Nationally Determined Parameters (NDPs), to be specified for a number of points. The NDPs cover alternative verification methods, the provision of individual values and the selection of classes from designated classificat

7、ion systems. The relevant parts of the text are identified in the European Standard by references to the possibility of national choice and are listed in Clause NA.2.1. This National Annex also includes non-contradictory complementary information (NCI) for the application of DIN EN 1991-1-3:2010-12.

8、 This National Annex is an integral part of DIN EN 1991-1-3:2010-12. DIN EN 1991-1-3:2010-12 and this National Annex DIN EN 1991-1-3/NA:2010-12 supersede DIN 1055-5:2005-07. Amendments This document differs from DIN 1055-5:2005-07 as follows: a) provisions of DIN 1055-5:2005-07 relevant to the natio

9、nal application of DIN EN 1991-1-3 have been incorporated; b) Subclause 5.3.6 (1) has been revised taking into account the complementary national rules from DIN 1055-5. 10、nal Annex contains national provisions relating to the underlying principles behind the determination of snow loads for the calculation and design of buildings and civil engineering works, that are to be taken into consideration when applying DIN EN 1991-1-3:2010-12 in Germany. This National Annex i
