6、German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Heiz- und Raumluft-technik (Heating and Ventilation Technology Standards Committee), Working Committee NA 041-01-62 AA Zentralheizungskessel (SpA CEN/TC 57). As regards emission limits, Germany had requested that an A-deviation be appli
7、ed for Germany because emission limits are regulated in Chapter 2, paragraphs 4 and 5, and Annex 2 of the German Immission Control Ordinance “Erste Verordnung zur Durchfhrung des Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetzes (Verordnung ber kleine und mittlere Feuerungsanlagen - 1. BImSchV)”. This A-deviation is
8、given in Annex C. Other countries had also requested an A-deviation, namely Austria, Croatia, Denmark, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Italy. These A-deviations are also given in Annex C. Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 303-5:1999-06 as follows: a) the scope has been extended to a n
9、ominal heat output of the heating boilers for 500 kW; b) usable fuel to non-wood biomass and further solid fuels have been extended; c) requirements for materials, weld joints and wall thicknesses have been revised; d) risk analysis has been implemented; e) general and electrical safety requirements
10、 have been revised; f) emission class 1 and 2 have been deleted and new emission class 4 and 5 have been added; g) tests have been revised and new tests for safety requirements have been added; h) annexes have been re-structured; i) consideration has been given to the essential requirements of the M
11、achinery Directive 2006/42/EC. 46、s and hazardous events are covered, are indicated in the scope of this document. This standard deals with boilers which are within the Scope Machinery Directive and boilers that are outside of the Scope Machinery Directive. When provisions of this type C standard are different from those which are s
47、tated in type A or B standards, the provisions of this type C standard take precedence over the provisions of the other standards, for machines that have been designed and built according to the provisions of this type C standard.
