4、N 3831:2005-09 2 Nationales Vorwort Die Europische Vereinigung der Hersteller von Luft- und Raumfahrtgert (AECMA) ist vom Europischen Komitee fr Normung (CEN) fr zustndig erklrt worden, Europische Normen (EN) fr das Gebiet der Luft- und Raumfahrt auszuarbeiten. Durch die Vereinbarung vom 3. Oktober
5、1986 wurde AECMA Assoziierte Organisation (ASB) des CEN. Die Norm, die von dem Technischen Komitee AECMA/C 3 unter Mitwirkung deutscher Experten ausgearbeitete AECMA-Norm EN 3831, wird hiermit der deutschen ffentlichkeit als Europische Norm vorgestellt. Entsprechend Beschluss 57/9 des Technischen Au
6、sschusses des Beirats des Normenausschusses Luft- und Raumfahrt (NL) im DIN Deutsches Institut fr Normung e. V. sind die europischen Luft- und Raumfahrt- Normungsergebnisse zweisprachig, in Deutsch und Englisch, in das Deutsche Normenwerk zu berfhren. Aus diesem Grund wurde der Deutschen Fassung die
7、ser EN-Norm die Englische Fassung hinzugefgt. Wird eine EN im CEN-Abstimmungsverfahren angenommen, sind alle CEN-Mitglieder zur bernahme verpflichtet. Nach Umfragen und Abstimmungen in bereinstimmung mit den Regeln dieses Verbandes hat diese Norm vor Vorlage beim CEN die Genehmigung der Nationalen
