In the meantime, ISO/TC 219 “Floor coveri
6、ngs” is responsible for the standardization of textile, resilient and laminate floor coverings. The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Kunststoffe (Plastics Standards Committee), Working Committee NA 054-04-09 AA Prfung und Verwendungsbereichseinstufung von t
7、extilen Bodenbelgen. The content of ISO 3415:1986 has been adopted without any changes to its content but with minor formal modifications. This document contains phrasings and formats that are appropriate to the structure and character of an International Standard but which, in terms of detail, do n
8、ot necessarily meet the current rules of presentation for German Standards. Wherever possible, German technical terms were used in the German translation. 11、tic loading 48 Procedure 9.2 Using the values determined as described in 9.1, calculate the following values for all specimens : 8.1 General a) the thickness loss as the differente between the initial thi ckness and the thickness under the p Iressure of 220 kPa; Conduct the test in the Standard atmo
12、sphere for testing textiles. Make all determinations of thickness to the nearest 0,l mm. b) the thickness loss after recovery as the differentes be- tween the initial thickness and the three values of thickness after recovery for 15, 30 and 60 min. In Order to ensure that the specimen is held flat,
13、place a guard ring centrally on the specimen so that its centre coincides with that of the presser foot. Keep the guard ring in the same posi- tion throughout the entire test procedure. The ability of recovery of a textile floor covering tan be indicated by a diagram showing the remaining compressio
14、n after the removal of pressure at the various times of recovery. 8.2 Measurement of initial thickness 9.3 Example Determine the initial thickness in the centre of the specimen under pressure before the application of the specified using the method specified in ISO 1765. Measurement of thickness under pressure Thickness under the pressure of 220 kPa 5,6 mm Immediately after the determination of the initial thickness (see 8.2) apply a pressure of 220 kPa to the specimen without shock. Ensure that the specimen is neither touched nor move
16、d during the procedure. After exerting this pressure for a period of 2 h, measure the thickness under that pressure. Measurement of thickness after recovery The test report shall include the following particulars : Measure the thickness of the specimen after recovery periods of 15 min, 30 min and 60 min, using the method specified in ISO 1765. a) that the procedure was
18、conducted in accordance with this International Standard, and details of any operations not included, or optional; b) the number of specimens tested; 9 Expression of results c) arithmetic means specimens tested; of the initial thickness of the 9.1 Calculate the following values for each specimen tes
