Abstract. This commercial item description covers suspend
2、ers for use with flying clothing. Classification. The Suspenders, Trousers shall be in the following types : Type I - Elastic Type II - Nonelastic Salient Characteristics. The suspenders shall consist of two strips of webbing, 1-1/2 inch wide for Type I - Elastic and Type II - Nonelastic and shall b
3、e colored sage green shade No. 1514, DPSC HANDBOOK 4120.1. The suspenders will have a crisscross pattern with wire buttonholes on two of the ends and leather buttonholes on the other two ends as shown in figure 1. After completion, the finished suspenders shall be thoroughly cleaned, and all loose thread, lint, sharp edges, and foreign matter removed. Product Demonstration Model. When required, offerers shall s
8、ubmit samples of their intended production. The Product Demonstration Model will consist of units independently developed. Product Demonstration Models will be analyzed and evaluated by the government. Evaluation criteria and basis for award are contained in the solicitation. Product Demonstration M
9、odels will be retained by the government. One (1) Product Demonstration Model approved by DPSC under the resultant contract will serve as a manufacturing standard for the corresponding production items delivered under this contract. Offerers are advised that the Product Demonstration Model does not
10、relieve the successful offerer of his responsibility to perform in accordance with the Commercial Item Description specified above. The suspenders shall be examined for the following defects: any hole, cut, tear, color not as specified; any spot or stain (outside); thread ends not removed; label missing, incorrect, or
20、illegible; brand marks and excessive softness of leather; broken or malformed, corroded areas, burr or sharp edges; measurement of item not as specified. Preservation, Packinq, and Markinq.
