2、pe of cotton tape for use in the manufacturing of dust respirators. SALIENT CHARACTERISTCS General DescriDtion. The cotton used in the manufacture of the yarn, used to produce this tape, shall be thoroughly cleaned and carded or combed, and evenly drawn, spun, and twisted into 2-ply yarn. The warp y
3、arn shall be 26/2 count and the filling yarn shall be 30/2 count. a Material. The fabric shall have a minimum total warp of 114 and 46 picks per inch in the filling. herringbone twill, 2/2, with five divisions alternating to the right and to the left. 18、can Society for Quality Control. The inspection level for visual examination shall be in accordance with ANSI/ASQC 21.4. Packaging, packing, marking and palletization shall be in accordance with ASTM-D 3951, Standard Practice for Comercial Packaging, as specified for shipments to the
