Abstract. This commercial item descriptio
2、n covers womens slacks made of twill weave, polyester/cotton cloth. They are intended to be worn as a hospital duty or food handler uniform by female personnel of the Department of Defense. Salient characteristics. have a slide fastener fly front with a snap fastener, elasticized waist and 2 back da

The basic material shall be a 2/1 left-hand twill cloth that is a blend of 65 i 5 percent polyester. The remaining percentage shal
4、l be combed and carded cotton, spun into singles yarn. The cloth shall be desized, scoured, mercerized, bleached, heat-set, and treated with a durable press finish.
