This drawing describes the requirements for 400 Hz miniature power transformer. This drawing provides for a level of transformer qualit

7、y and reliability assurance for power transformer in accordance with MIL-PRF-27. 1.2 Part or Identifying Number (PIN). 8、and 4 of this specification. This section does not include documents cited in other sections of this specification or recommended for additional information or as examples. While every effort has been made to ensure the completeness of this list, document users are cautioned that they must meet all

9、specified requirements of documents in sections 3 and 4 of this specification, whether or not they are listed. 2.2 Government documents. 2.2.1 Specifications, standards, and handbooks. 12、4 Order of precedence. Unless otherwise noted herein or in the contract, in the event of a conflict between the text of this document and the references cited herein, the text of this document takes precedence. Nothing in this document, however, supersedes applicable laws and regulations unless a sp

13、ecific exemption has been obtained. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Interface and physical dimensions. 3.1.1 Item Requirements. The individual item requirements shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-27, and as specified herein. 3.2 Design, construction, and physical dimensions. The design, construction, and physi

14、cal dimensions shall be as specified for A grade 5 transformer in accordance with MIL-PRF-27, and as specified herein. 3.2.1 Design documentation. The design documentation shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-27. Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, documentation shall be ret

15、ained by the manufacturer and available for review by the acquiring activity or contractor upon request. 19、lation = Shall not exceed 17 percent for units with VA rating of 2.4 and 34 percent for all other units. 3.3.2 Primary voltage. Primary voltage shall be either 115V or 26V. 3.3.3 Secondary voltage. With proper voltage (115 V or 26 V) applied to the primary and the secondary current adjusted to one-h

20、alf of the maximum current specified in table I, the secondary voltage shall be as specified in table I 5 percent for units with VA rating of .375 and .750, and 3 percent for all other units. 3.3.4 Secondary current. See table I. 3.3.5 Frequency. The frequency shall be 400 Hz 20 Hz at 115 V and 26 V

21、 primary voltages. 3.3.6 Polarity. Polarity shall be in accordance with the circuit diagram in figure 1. 3.4. Design and construction. 3.4.1 Dimensions and configuration: Dimensions and configuration shall be as specified on figure 1 and in table I. 3.4.2 Weight. The weight shall be as specified on

22、figure 1. 3.4.3 Case. The case shall be metal or polymeric material. 3.4.4 Terminals. The terminals shall be copper clad steel or one-half hard copper, per MIL-STD-1276. Units with VA ratings of 1.690 and 2.400 shall have a diameter of .020 .001 inch. All others shall have a diameter of .016 .001 in

23、ch. 3.4.5 Operating temperature range. The operating temperature range shall be -55C to +130C. 3.4.6 Temperature rise. The maximum temperature rise shall be +40C at a maximum ambient temperature of +90C. 3.5 Terminal strength. The terminal strength shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-202, method 211

The vibration high frequency shock shall be as tested in accordance with MIL-STD-202, method 204, test condition B. 3.7 Shock (specified pulse). The shock shall be tested in accordance with MIL-STD-202, method 213, test condition I. 3.8 Markin

26、g. Marking shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-27, except the part number shall be in accordance with 1.2 herein. The similar vendor part number may also be marked in accordance with 6.7 herein. 3.9 Recycled, recovered, or environmentally preferable materials. Recycled, recovered, or environmentally

27、 preferable materials should be used to the maximum extent possible, provided that the material meets or exceeds the operational and maintenance requirements, and promotes economically advantageous life cycle costs. 3.10 Certificate of compliance. A certificate of compliance shall be required from m

28、anufacturers requesting to be an approved source of supply. 3.11 Pure tin. The use of pure tin, as an underplate or final finish is prohibited both internally and externally. Tin content of transformer components and solder shall not exceed 97 percent, by mass. Tin shall be alloyed with a minimum of

29、 3 percent lead, by mass (see 6.4). 3.12 Manufacturer Eligibility. To be eligible for listing as an approved source of supply, a manufacturer shall be listed on the MIL-PRF-27 Qualified Products List for at least one part. 3.13 Workmanship. The transformer shall be uniform in quality and free from a

30、ny defects that will affect life, serviceability, or appearance. VERIFICATION 4.1 Qualification inspection. Qualification inspections for these parts are not required. 4.2 Conformance inspection. 4.2.1 I

44、nspection of product for delivery. Inspection of product for delivery shall consist of group A and B inspections of MIL-PRF-27. 4.2.2 Group A inspection. Group A inspection shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-27. 4.2.3 Group B inspection. Group B inspection shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-27. 4.

45、2.4 Certification. The procuring activity, at its discretion, may accept a certificate of compliance with Group A and Group B requirements in lieu of performing Group A and B tests (see 6.2c). 4.2.5 Inspection of preparation for delivery. Inspection of preparation for delivery shall be in accordance

46、 with MIL-PRF-27. 4.3 Methods of examination and test. Methods of examination and test shall be in accordance with MIL-PRF-27 and as specified herein. 5. PACKAGING 5.1 Packaging. For acquisition purposes, the packaging requirements shall be as specified in the contract or order (see 6.2). When packa

47、ging of materiel is to be performed by DoD or in-house contractor personnel, these personnel need to contact the responsible packaging activity to ascertain packaging requirements. Packaging requirements are maintained by the Inventory Control Points packaging activities within the Military Service

48、or Defense Agency, or within the military services system commands. Packaging data retrieval is available from the managing Military Departments or Defense Agencys automated packaging files, CD-ROM products, or by contacting the responsible packaging activity. 6.
