15、n shall consist of the inspection specified in Table I and shall include, as referenced on inspection data sheets, inspection specified in subsidiary docuents and the supplementary tests. Testing shall be as specified in Table I. Order and quantity of equipments to be subjected to First Article 4.3.

16、1 Standard of Workmanship. Standard of workmanship, 3.11, shall be established during the Visual Inspection of.4.5. 4.4 Quality Conformance Inspection of Equipment before Packaging. O 4.5 Morkmnship. The reels shall be given a thorough visual and mechanical inspection to asc

28、ertain that the materials, construction, identification marking, finish, and worknanship are in accordance with applicable requirements (See 3.11) 4.6 Hub Size. After finish a 1-1/32 + O -1/64 by 1-132 + O - 1/64 inch axle shall be inserted through the reel hub at two angles so that all grocves are

29、tested to insure conpliance with 3.6. 4.7 Alignnent. 39、t Article Inspection of Packaging. b. Quality Conformance Inspection of Packaging. 4.11 .l First Article Inspection of Packaging. with the Unit Pack Design Validation Requirements of MIL-P-116. Unless otherwise specf ied A in the contract, First Article Inspection of Packaging shall be in accordance

40、 t 4 11.2 Quality Conformance Inspection of Packaging. 4.1 1.2.1 Materials Inspection. All materials to be used in packaging shall be inspect -th the applicable material specification. 4.11.2.2 Preservation Inspection. Inspection of preservation and interior markings shall be in accordance with Grou

41、p A and B Quality Conformance Inspection Requirements of MIL-P-116. Lot formation and sampling procedures shall be as specified therein. Inspection of packing and the marking for shipment and storage shall consist of the examinations specified in Table V “PACKING INSPECTION PRoVISIONS1l. Lot formati

42、on shall consist of all packs made of the same materials during an identifiable period and submitted at one the for acceptance.
