The cap is to be used with necks shown on MS35644. The chain shall be in accordance with RR-C-271, Type II, class 6. Protective coating:
6、 interior parts shall be cadmium plated in accordance with SAE-AMS-QQ-P-416, Type II, Class 2, or zinc plated in accordance with ASTM-B633, Type II, Fe/Zn 13 (sc 3) 12m minimum, as applicable. Cover surface shall be cleaned in accordance with the applicable method of TT-C-490, then treated with Type
7、 I or III. The surface shall then be primed in accordance with MIL-DTL-53030 and painted in accordance with MIL-E-52891. To move the valve out of closed or open position, the torque shall not be less than 10 inch/ounces. The cap shall withstand a minimum of 25 foot/pounds torque without rotation of
8、cup on inner plate or inner plate on shell. This standard is not intended to limit construction to features other than as shown hereon by dimensions, notations or referenced documents.
