This Commer
2、cial Item Description covers solid rubber bottle stoppers for use in a chemical or clinical laboratory. Salient Characteristicgi Shall be solid black rubber stoppers for use as closures on bottles used in laboratory procedures. Shall be of the following stopper number sizes with the indicated dimens
3、ions: O0 0 1 2 15 17 19 20 10 13 14 16 25 25 25 25 A tolerance of +/- 1 millimeter (mm) shall be permitted for the dimensional requirements applicable to the diameters (top and bottom) and lengths of the stoppers. Shall be fabricated from natural rubber or synthetic rubber, or from a mixture of natu
4、ral and synthetic rubber. Shall have each stopper supplied with the applicable stopper number size identified in the form of raised numbers on the top side. 13、ions will be considered qn an equal basis with those manufactured using inch-pound units, providing they fall within the tolerances specified using conversion tables contained in the latest revision of Federal Standard 376, and all other requirements of this document are met. 14、tured to metric dimensions and those dimensions exceed the tolerances specified in the inch/pound units, a request should be made to the contracting officer to determine if the product is acceptable.
