I. 6 ORDERING INFORMATION Orders for capacitors covered by this specification shall contain, in clear or in coded form, the following minimum information: a. Rated capacitance. b. Tolerance on rated Capacitance. c. Rated d.c. voltage. d. Number and issue re

33、ference of the detail specification and style reference. 1.7 CERTIFIED RECORDS OF RELEASED LOTS Required. 1.8 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (not for inspection purposes) Ripple Current ratings at or below 85 C case temperature are determined by case size as follows: TABLE III CASE SIZE RIPPLE CURRENT A B C

The resulting ripple voltage must be superimposed on sufficient DC bias voltage to prevent voltage reversal, and the sum of the peak ripple voltage and the DC bias voltage must not exceed the rated voltage (WVDC). For

35、 operation above 85 C, the ripple current should be no more than 80% of the table values. 1.9 ADDITIONAL OR INCREASED SEVERITIES OR REQUIREMENTS TO THOSE SPECIFIED IN THE GENERIC AND/OR SECTIONAL SPECIFICATION None. 36、PECTION REQUIFSXENTS 2.1 PROCEDURES 2.1.1 For Qualification Approval, the procedures shall be in accordance with the Sectional Specification, (IECQ Publication QC300200, Sub-clause 3.4). 2.1.2 For Quality Conformance Inspection the test schedule (Table IV includes sampling, periodicity, severities a

37、nd requirements. The formation of inspection lots is covered by Sub-clause 3.5.1 of the Sectional Specification.
