TwoInternationalStandards,ISO26051andISO26052areavailableandhavebeen adoptedbyCENasEuropeanPrestandards,ENV226051andENV226052.Theysetout procedures,basedonstatisticalassessmentsofbodiesofdata,forthederivat

21、ionand verificationofminimumvaluesof0,2%proofstrengthatelevatedtemperatures.These proceduresdeterminetheminimumvaluesfromlowerconfidencelines.AthirdInternational Standard,ISO26053,adoptedbyCENasENV226053,setsoutproceduresfordetermining minimumvaluesfromtheaveragetrendbehaviourofthepropertyofinterest

22、asafunctionof temperature. OneofthepurposesoftheproceduresinISO26051andISO26052(ENV226051and ENV226052)istoreducetherequirementforelevatedtemperaturetensileacceptancetests onindividualproductsbyorganizationsandmanufacturerscontributingdataforassessment. ExperiencehasshownthattheproceduresinISO26051a

23、ndISO26052(ENV226051and ENV226052)havelimitationsaffectingtherelationshipbetweenderivedminimumproperty valuesandtheminimaofthetestdataarisingfromthestatisticalandsomesubjective decisionsatvariousstagesoftheprocedures.Theyalsorequirerelativelylargeamountsof datatoproduceanacceptablelevelofaccuracy. 24、heproceduresetoutinISO26053(ENV226053)requireslessdatabutbecauseitis designedtoalwaysgiveconservativevaluesfromfewdata,itliketheotherprocedures,can givenonrepresentativeresults.However,theprincipleofthisprocedureisconsideredtobe morerealisticandisadoptedasthebasisofthisEuropeanStandard;theobjectiveb

25、eingto produceanassessmentprocedurefortensilepropertydatawhichissimpletooperate,gives representativeresultsandisusableincomputerisedform. ThisEuropeanStandard,replacingENV226051,2and3,setsoutamethodforderiving minimumproofstrengthvaluesforsteelsatelevatedtemperatureswiththeintentionthatsuch valuesar

26、especifiedinrelevantproductstandards. ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotspecifyaverificationprocedure.Verificationoftensile propertiesatelevatedtemperaturesisnormallyspecifiedintherelevantproductstandard usingtheminimumpropertyvaluesderivedbytheprocedureestablishedinthisEuropean Standard. Themethodproposed

27、hasbeentestedforproofstrengthvaluesofsteel.However,itis consideredthatthemethodcanalsobeappliedforothermetalsandforthederivationof minimumvaluesoftensilestrengthatelevatedtemperatures. WhereinputdatapredatesthepublicationoftheEuropeanStandardsdetailedin5.1.1a)and 5.1.1b)thesamplingandtensiletestingshallhavebeencarrie
