35、undaryedgeheatflowasafunctionofgeometry,calibrationpanelthicknessandthermal conductivityisdeterminedbytabulatedvaluesgiveninannexB. 5 Requirementsfortestspecimenandapparatus 5.1General ThetestapparatusshallconformtotherequirementsspecifiedinEN19464,ENISO8990andENISO125671. 5.2Surround panels Fordeta
36、ilssee5.2ofENISO125671:2000. 5.3 Specimenrequirementsandlocation Therollershutterboxesshallbeatleast1230mmlongandshallbemountedhorizontallyintheaperture(see Figure1).Fortestspecimenswithmetallicbaresurfaces,theinnerandoutersurfacesshouldbetreatedbycoating inordertoachieveanemissivityofatleast0,8.Any
37、variationsfromthisvaluehavetobejustified.Adjacentroller shutterboxeslocatedinpairslyingontopofeachotherareseparatedbyinsulatingpanels(infillelements).These panelsshallbemadefrommaterialwiththermalconductivitylessthan0,035W/(m K)andshallbeatleast150mm highand60mmthick.Thethermalconductivityoftheinsul
38、atinginfillelementsshallbeobtainedbymeasurement accordingtoEN 12664(guardedhotplateapparatus)orbyusingpanelswithcertifiedpropertiesfroman accreditedsource.
