24、e TheresistancetopenetrationisdeterminedbypressingapenetrationdeviceintothesurfaceoftheETICS.The maximumforceinnewtonsisrecordedastheresistancetopenetration. 5Apparatus 5.1 Testapparatus Thecompressiontestingmachinesuitedfortherangeofforceanddisplacementinvolved,capableofmovingata constantcrossheads

25、peedadjustedto(10 1)mm/min,andsuitableforcontinuousmeasurementoftheforce permittingreadingto1%(inaccordancewithEN826).EN13498:2002(E) 5 Thetestingmachineshallhaveontheonesideaveryrigidplaneparallelplateatleastaslargeasthetest specimentobetested. Ontheothersidethetestingmachineshallhavethepenetration

26、device.Thepenetrationdeviceisasteelcylinder withalengthofatleast30mmandadiameterof(20 0,1)mmandanhemisphericalendwitharadiusof (10 0,05)mm.Theaxisofthesteelcylinderisduringthetestperpendiculartothesurfaceofthetestspecimen withbasecoatandfinishingmaterial. 29、recordedsimultaneouslyatthedisplacement 6 Testspecimens 6.1 Preparationandnumberoftestspecimen Thebasecoatwiththereinforcementisappliedinaccordancewiththemanufacturersinstructionsontothesurface ofthethermalinsulationmaterial.Thetestspecimensshallhaveminimumdimensionof 200mm 200mm 60mm.Afteratimeperi

30、odwhichisspecifiedbythemanufacturer,thefinishingmaterialis appliedontothesurfaceofthebasecoatinaccordancewiththemanufacturersinstructions.Ifthespecimenis largerthan200mmx200mmthencutfromthecoatedthermalinsulationmaterialthetestspecimenswith dimensionsofatleast200mm 200mm.Forthistestfivetestspecimens

31、arenecessary. 6.2 Conditioningoftestspecimens TheconditioningoftestspecimensshallbecarriedoutasspecifiedintherelevantETICSproductstandard.EN13498:2002(E) 6 NOTE IntheabsenceofaproductstandardforETICSoranyotherEuropeantechnicalspecificationtheconditioning proceduremaybeagreedbetweenparties. 7Procedur

32、e 7.1Test conditions Thetestshallbecarriedoutat(23 5)C. 7.2 Testprocedure Thepenetrationdeviceiscontinuouslypressedintothesurfaceofthetestspecimenwithaspeedof (10 1)mm/min.Theresultingforceisrecordedsimultaneously.Thetesthastobeperformedinthecentreofthe fivespecimens. 8 Calculationandexpressionofres
