19、oceduresfordeterminingbehaviouroftestspecimensunder cyclicloadingconditions.Itisapplicabletothermalinsulatingproducts. 26、squareor circularplaneparallelplatesofwhichthelengthofoneside(orthediameter)isatleastaslargeasthetest specimenside(ordiagonal)tobetested.Oneoftheplatesshallbefixedandtheothermovablewithacentrally positionedballjoint,ifappropriate,toensurethatonlyaxialforceisappliedtothetestspecimen.Themovable plate

27、shallbecapableoffollowingasinusoidalwaveformdisplacementinaccordancewiththeconditionslaiddown inclause7andillustratedinFigure1. NOTE Theloadcycleshouldbeconsideredasasinusoidalwaveformifthedeviationoftheactualcurvecomparedtothe theoreticalsinecurveateverypointfollowingthetimeaxisdoesnotexceed5%ofthe

30、hatbeingmeasuredorifnot,itshallbetakenintoaccountbycalculation.Thesensor shallallowthecontinuousmeasurementoftheforcepermittingreadingto3%. 5.4 Recordingdevice Deviceforthesimultaneousrecordingoftheforce, F ,andthedisplacement, X,whichprovidesacurveof Fasa functionof X. NOTE Itismostlikelythatonlyth

31、osemachines,whichincorporateahighprecisionalignedloadingframewithaservo hydraulicsystemcontrolandacomputercontrolledactuatorwillcomplywiththerequiredlevelofaccuracy. Themeasuringdevicesfordisplacementandforcearelikelytocompriseelectronictransducersandsensors.In ordertoachievethemaximumlevelofaccurac

32、y,itisdesirablethatalltestcontrolling,datagenerationanddata management(includingalloutputoftablesandplots)areconcentratedinonecomputersystem. 6 Testspecimens 6.1 Dimensionsoftestspecimens Thetestspecimensshallbeattheoriginalproductthickness.Thewidthofthetestspecimensshallnotbeless thanthethickness.P

33、roductswithintegrallymouldedskinswhichareretainedinuseshallbetestedwiththese skinsintact. Testspecimensshallnotbelayeredtoproduceagreaterthicknessfortesting. Testspecimensshallbesquarelycutandsquarewithrecommendedcrosssectionareasasfollows: 50mm50mmor 100mm100mmor 150mm150mmor 200mm200mmor 300mm300m

34、m. Thechoiceofdimensionstobeusedshallbeasspecifiedintherelevantproductstandard. IntheabsenceofaproductstandardoranyotherEuropeantechnicalspecificationthedimensionsoftest specimensmaybeagreedbetweenparties. ThelineardimensionsshallbedeterminedinaccordancewithEN12085withalimitdeviationof0,5%. Thetoler

35、anceonparallelismandflatnessbetweenthetwofacesofthetestspecimenshallnotbegreaterthan0,5 %ofthespecimensidewithamaximumof0,5mm. Ifthetestspecimensarenotflat,theyshallbegroundflatoranappropriatelevellinglayershallbeappliedto preparethesurfaceforthetest.Nosignificantdeformationshalloccurinthelevellingl

36、ayerduringthetest. Incasethatagypsumlevellinglayerisused,thedeterminationofthedimensionsshalloccurpriortothe applicationofthelayers. NOTE Theaccuracyofthetestresultisreducedifthetestspecimenshaveathicknessoflessthan20mm. 6.2 Numberoftestspecimens Thenumberoftestspecimensshallbeasspecifiedinthereleva

37、ntproductstandard.Intheabsenceofsucha specification,fivetestspecimensshallbeusedforeachstressselected.EN13793:2003(E) 7 NOTE IntheabsenceofaproductstandardoranyotherEuropeantechnicalspecificationthenumberoftestspecimens maybeagreedbetweenparties. 6.3 Preparationoftestspecimens Thetestspecimensshallb

38、ecutsothattheydonotincludeproductedges.Thetestspecimensshallbeprepared bymethodsthatdonotchangetheoriginalstructureoftheproduct.Anyskins,facingsand/orcoatingsshallbe retained. NOTE Specialmethodsofpreparation,whenneeded,aregivenintherelevantproductstandardoranyotherEuropean technicalspecification. 6
