A1,5mmhomogeneouspolyvinylchloridefloorcoveringaccordingtoEN6601orEN6602with2040%filler classifiedinwearclassPandLevelofuseclass32accordingtoEN649.Theflooring,whichshouldnotbeolder than1year,isadheredtothesurfaceofthescreedmaterialwithadispersionadhesivesuitableforpolyvinyl ch
31、loridefloorcoveringswhichmeetstherequirementsofprEN14259.ThefloorcoveringshouldbeappliedattheEN138927:2003(E) 5 timethatisindicatedbythescreedmaterialmanufacturerastheearliestpossibleforfloorcoverings.Thistimecan beexpressedexplicitlyasadryingtimeinhoursordays,orrelatedtothethicknessoftheproduct,for
32、example 7days/centimeter. NOTE Todeterminethemaximumresistancetorollingwheelforanunknownmaterial,aminimumoffivespecimensperthicknessis necessary.Inthatcasethefirstspecimenshouldbetestedat350N. 7Procedure Thetestingisperformed28daysaftercastingthespecimen,orlaterifrequiredbecauseoftheminimumdrying ti
33、meindicatedbythescreedmaterialmanufacturer.Innocaseshouldthetestingbedoneearlierthan7daysafter adheringthefloorcovering. Thetestspecimenshallbeinstalled.Theappropriateverticalloadforthescreedmaterialundertestshallbe chosenfromthefivevaluesgiveninclause5.3.Theapparatusshallbestartedandtheloadedwheelb
34、elowered gentlysothatthewheelcomesintocontactwiththetestspecimen.Thedurationofthetestshallbe10000cycles (8h)inthedirectionofthelongmovement.Ifseveredamageoccursthetestshallbestoppedimmediatelyand thenumberofcyclesrecorded. Thefloorshallbeinspectedtoascertainifdelaminationhastakenplace.Ifnoobviousdel
35、aminationisobserved, drillingshallbeperformedinsixpositionsaccordingtoFigure3.Adiamondcoredrillwithinnerandouterdiameter of(361)mmand(421)mm,respectivelyisused.Thedrillingmachineshouldbeattachedtoafixturewhich allowsatrulyverticalmovement.Thedrillshallrunat(3000100)rev/minuteandthedrillingshallconti
36、nueuntil dustfromthescreedmaterialisvisible(23secondsperhole).Ifanyofthecircularfloorcoveringdiscsisremoved completelybythedrilling,thespecimenhasfailedthetest,andthemodeoffailureisnoted.Adiscwhichisstuckin thedrillshallberemovedbeforedrillingthenextposition Ifthetesthasfailedthewholetestprocedurema
