Thesodiumcontentinthesampleisdirectlydeterminedbyflameatomi
18、cabsorptionspectrometryatthe wavelengthof589nm.Thecalibrationsolutionsusedarepreparedfromasodiumorganometallicsaltdissolvedin amixtureofxyleneandstockoil.Theadditionofstockoiltothecalibrationsolutionsisnecessaryinorderto improvetheirstorage(thelowelementcontentsareunstable)andthelinearityofthecalibr
19、ation. WARNINGTheestersampleshallbedilutedatleast25timeswithxylenesothatthecomparisonofthe measurementsofthesamplesolutionandstandardsisvalid.
