14、hichcanbeused,nosinglepeeltestwillfulfiltherequirementsofall cases. Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallsafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse. Itistheresponsibilityoftheusertoestablishsafet
22、yandhealthpracticesandtoensurecompliancewithany Europeanandnationalregulatoryconditions. 6 Apparatusandmaterial 6.1 Tensiletestingmachine, capableofsupplyingatensileforcewithaconstantrateofgripseparation.The machineshallbeequippedwithaforcemeasuringsystemcompletewithanindicatorand/orarecorder. Thein
23、dicatedforceshallnotdifferfromthetrueappliedforcebymorethan2%.Theresponsetimeofthemachine shallbeshortenoughnottoaffecttheaccuracywithwhichtheforceappliedatthetimeofrupturecanbe measured. Theforceofruptureofthespecimenshalllieintherangebetween20%and80%ofthefullscalereading. 7 Testspecimens 7.1 Sampl
24、ing 7.2Adherends NOTE Thethickness,theflexibilityandothersurfacecharacteristicsoftheadherendshaveanimpactonthepeelstrength value. Theadherendsshalleachbeofuniformthickness,preferablynotmorethan3mm. 7.3Preparationoftestspecimens Testspecimensshouldbecapableofwithstandingtheexpectedtensileforceandshou
25、ldbecapableofbeingbent throughthepeelinganglewithoutgrossirreversibledimensionalchange. testinginaccordancewithEN1067. Takeasampleoftheadhesivetobetestedinaccordancewith ENISO15605 . Examineandprepareitfor EN1895:2001(E) 6 Applytheadhesivesfollowingthemethodrecommendedbytheadhesivemanufacturer. Thea
26、pplicationtemperatureoftheadhesiveandthepressureusedtocombinetheadherendsshallbespecifiedin thetestreport. Thecoatingprocedure,thecoatingmassoftheadhesiveandthebondingconditionsshouldcomplywiththe manufacturerrecommendationsandshallbereported. Unlessotherwisespecified,25mmwidthtestspecimens,arecutfr
27、omthebondedadherends. Thechoiceofthetypeofbond:fullcoating(lamination)orbead/lineapplicationdependsonthenatureofthe adherends(e.g.softness,flexibility),onthetypeofadhesiveandonthefinalapplication(e.g.ifsubstratesfailure isexpected,bead/linebondingcanbeused,ifcohesivefailureisexpectedfullcoatingisrec
