The series has three gr
18、oups describing: 1) Test methods (IEC 60851); 2) Specifications for particular types of winding wire (IEC 60317); 3) Packaging of winding wires (IEC 60264). 19、ng wires. 2 Dimensions Table I, page 3, shows standard sizes of containers and Table II, page 4, additional sizes for information only. NOTE The drawing, page 4, is given only to identify the dimensions specified and are not intended to show any particular construction. 3 Material To be stated with
20、order. The cylinder walls which may come in contact with the wire shall be sufficiently smooth to avoid entangling the wire during withdrawal. 4 Application One-way containers are only used for a single delivery and are not returnable to the wire producer, whilst re-usable containers are used until
21、worn out. Both types shall be dimensionally interchangeable. 5 Type designation Containers according to this Recommendation shall be identified by dimensions d 1and h as follows: Container 264-1 IEC 500/400.
