Compliance is checked by

A commercial LED module or cappedprinted circuit boardin accordance with IEC 60061, if existing, is inserted and theresistance of theconnectorcontacts andconnections ismeasured as mentioned in 16.3.The connector andmodule isthen subjected to the temperature change test in accordan

46、ce toIEC60068-2-14, testNa, subject to the following details. The specimen shall be subjected to 100 cycles between the minimum and the maximum value of the rated operating temperature range. The exposure time of each of the two temperaturesis 30 min. NOTEStandard transition time is between 2 min an

47、d 3 min. A transition time (t2) of less than 30 s is allowed, if anautomatic test system is used.During the testthe connector shall not undergo any change impairing its further use, especially with respect to contact-making. After the temperature change testthe connector is removed from the testcham

48、ber andallowed to recover for 12 h. The LED module remains inserted during this time. Theresistance of the connector contacts and connections asmentioned in 16.3 is measured againwiththe above configuration.
