It partially supers

2、edes BS 969:2008.As detailed in the ISO Foreword, ISO 1938-1:2014 cancels and replaces ISO/R 1938:1971. The ISO Foreword further details that ISO 1938:2014 does not include requirements for setting plug gauges and setting ring gauges which were dealt with in ISO/R 1938:1971. However, as the UK commi

3、ttee did not implement ISO/R 1938:1971, attention is drawn to the fact that BS 4064 and BS 4065 apply for plain setting rings.The UK participation in its preparation was entrusted to TechnicalCommittee TDW/4, Technical Product Realization.A list of organizations represented on this committee can beo
