ThemainpurposeofthisstandardistoproviderequirementsforacceptancetestingofCO 2 laserbeam machinespriortoorduringinstallationattheuserspremises . Theacceptancetestsareusedtodocument theabilityofCO 2

20、laserbeammachinestoproduceweldedjointsandcutsofconsistentquality. ThisstandardisintendedtobeusedforpreparationofthetechnicalspecificationforCO 2 laserbeamma chinesforhighqualityweldingandcuttingintwooperatingdirections(2D).Thisstandardspecifiesbasic requirements.Additionaltestsandrequirementsmaybesp

21、ecifiedinthetechnicalspecificationfortheCO 2 laserbeammachine. NOTE1 Thetechnicalspecificationforthe CO 2 laserbeammachine usuallyformsapartofthecontractand itisagreedbythepartiesconcerned(themanufacturerofthe CO 2 laserbeammachine andthecustomer/user). 38、),temperaturestability,controlofhighand lowtemperatures,operationpressure,flowrateandqualityofthecoolingmedium.Thelaserequip mentshallbefittedwithasafetycutoutsystemintheeventofanyanomalyoccurringinthecooling system. 4.5 Gassupplyandgassupplysystem Thepurityandproperties,e.g.dewpoint,ofthelasergases
