46、.1 TVWSDB identification 4.2.6.1.1 Definition This is the process by which the master TVWSD identifies the weblisting of approved TVWSDB(s), and only contacts a TVWSDB which is in that weblisting. ETSI ETSI EN 301 598 V1.1.1 (2014-04) 174.2.6.1.2 Applicability These requirements apply to a Master TV

47、WSD only. 4.2.6.1.3 Requirements At start up and before initiating any transmissions within the 470 MHz to 790 MHz band the master TVWSD shall identify and consult the weblisting. The master TVWSD shall not transmit within the 470 MHz to 790 MHz band if it cannot consult the weblisting. The master T

48、VWSD shall also reconsult this weblisting after no more than N minutes. The value N will be specified in the same weblisting as the approved TVWSDBs. A master TVWSD shall not request operational parameters from (i.e. query) a TVWSDB that is not on the weblisting that corresponds to its geographical

49、location. NOTE: A non-exhaustive list of these weblistings is given in TR 103 231 i.9. If the weblisting is not accessible after the time specified by N has expired, the TVWSD shall: a) continue to use the weblisting that it already holds; and b) try to reconsult the weblisting at least as frequently as once every two hours thereafter but not more frequently than once per hour until such time as when the weblisting can be accessed. 4.2.6.1.4 Conformance Conformance tests as defined in clause 5.3.11.1 shall be carried out. 4.2.6.2 Data exchange and
