The fixed broadband access network interworking related functions are triggered by the network if the network knows the

For instance, the network can be statically configured with a mapping between the UE local IP address and the local access network type. For access to 3GPP Evolved Packet Core (EPC) via a fixed broadband access network or non-seamless WLA
