5、 Ford Global Technologies, Inc. 3.9 CORROSION No pitting, etching or visible corrosion on the surface of steel, brass, aluminum, and tin plate. Test Method: Clean 1 x 3 in (25 x 75 mm) strips of metals to be tested. Shall be immersed one each in a 100 ml (20 cm by 3 cm) test tube containing 15 ml or
6、 lubricant test sample. The test tube shall be lightly stoppered with cork stoppers, supported in a beaker, then placed in an oven at 158 +/- 2 F (70 +/- 1.1 C) for 70 hours. The strips shall be examined under magnification of 20 diameters for evidence of corrosion. 3.10 QUALITY CONFORMANCE REQUIREM
