APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as a lubricant for seat track assembli

REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A
4、). 3.2 COLOR Opaque Beige 3.3 LITHIUM SOAP CONTENT 6.0 - 10.0% (ASTM D 128) 3.4 MINERAL OIL CONTENT, max 80% (ASTM D 128) 3.5 DROPPING POINT, min 175 C (ASTM D 566 or D 2265) 3.6 PENETRATION 265 - 295 (ASTM D 217, worked 60 strokes) 3.7 FILLER CONTENT, as Zinc Oxide 8.0% and/or Titanium Oxide, min (

6、 1 C and 98 +/- 2% relative humidity without breaking. 3.9 TIMKEN TEST, OK LOAD 10 kg (ASTM D 2782) 3.10 OXIDATION STABILITY, PRESSURE DROP, max 69 kPa (ASTM D 942, 100 h) 3.12 QUALITY Material shall be a smooth homogeneous product free from abrasive particles, it shall be consistent in color and te
7、xture, and free from objectionable odors during normal storage. It shall be suit-able for the intended application. 5.
