SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an extruded sheet, vacuum formable acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material us

3、ed as a carrier for a hot stamped interior decorative applique. The hot stamped ABS sheet is subsequently vacuum formed for use as the cover for injection molded door trim garnish moldings and instrument panel appliques. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material sup

4、pliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 PROPERTIES 3.2.1 Specific Gravity 1.01 - 1.12 (ASTM D 792) 3.2.2 Hardness - Rockwell “R“ 86 - 94 (ASTM D 785) 3.2.3 Tensile Strength, min 4,500 psi (31.0 MPa) (ASTM D 638) 3.2.
