This appliqu has a cement applied to one side for a permanent bond to metallic components. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for inte

REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 BOND STRENGTH, min 1
4、0 lb (44.5 N) (ASTM D 903, 180 peel) 3.2 BOND RESISTANCE There shall be no evidence of loosening of the appliqu that has been bonded to its specified component after the following tests: 24 h at -29 C 24 h at 66 C 24 h in salt spray (ASTM B 117) 48 h of 98 +/- 2% relative humidity at 38 +/- 1 C At the end of each test period, check the bond effectiveness. 3.3 ANODIZED SURFACE Shall pass ESB-M4P1.
