SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an impact, tear and weather resistance elastomeric mat capable of operating satisfactorily at temperatures between -40 and 70 C. 2. APPLICATION RECIEPT This specification was
3、 released originally for material used as a floor covering for the pick-up load box area and/or as specified on Engineering Drawings. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Produc

13、greater signs of deterioration than the Master Sample approved by the Materials Laboratory. 3.13 SCUFF RESISTANCE (FLTM BN 108-01, 30,000 cycles, 1 cm2steel peg, 9 N load, uninflated sample). After test the specimens must not show any greater signs of deterioration than the Master Sample approved by
14、 the Materials Laboratory. 3.14 WEATHERING RESISTANCE After exposure in accordance with 3.14.1 and 3.14.2, the material shall show no color change or color tone in excess of specified AATCC rating (AATCC Gray Scale for Evaluating Change in Color, 10 step). In addition, there shall be no change in gl
15、oss, evidence of spotting or it shall be equal to or better than the Master Sample approved by the Materials Laboratory. A slight loss of gloss or chalking will be allowed provided an acceptable appearance can be achieved by washing with mild detergents and water (ratio 5:95 by volume). 3.14.1 1600

Test M
18、ethod: Cut 150 x 150 mm sample from the mat. Make a 25 mm cut in the diagonal direction from each corner. Fold the edges and clip the corners together to form a box. Add 25 mL of distilled water. Allow to air dry at 23 +/- 2 C, then wash under tap water, wipe dry and observe for discoloration or stain. 3.16 FLAMMABILITY (ISO 3795) Burn Rate, max 100 mm/min
