4、ction, max 0.12 (FLTM BQ 13-1) Static i.e. using coated test specimen and omitting oils, test run at room temperature until coating wear is indicated by kinetic coefficient of friction reaching 0.30. 3.8 FINISHED PART Parts must meet para 3.1 through 3.5, other requirements when required shall be sp
5、ecified on the engineering drawings or engineering specification for parts with this coating (as configuration permits). 3.8.1 Salt Spray 300 h (ASTM B 117) (Approval - ISIR) 96 h (Lot certification per Q-101) Parts must meet a rating of no lower than #7 per ASTM D 1654, Schedule No.2. The specified coating thickness shall be required only on such surfaces of parts other than threads or holes, as can be touched by a sphere 0.5 in (13 mm) in diameter, unless otherwise noted on drawings.
