SCOPE The materials defined by this specification are wrought aluminum alloys used for screw machine products. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally to obtain part print stability by allow
3、ing latitude in alloy selection for manufacturing, consistent with engineering drawing requirements. The aluminum alloys listed, are considered as optional for the part to which this specification is applied. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and p
4、art producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND HEAT TREATMENT The permissible aluminum alloys are listed below and shall be thermally treated to the designated temper.
