APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used for interior automotive decorative trim panels, to be applied to inst

REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 BOND AND STRIPPING STRENGTH - INITIAL (ASTM D 903, except 90 peel on a 0
4、.5 in (13 mm) wide strip) The applique, as received, shall have a minimum bond strength of 2 lb (8.9 N) to initiate separation and a minimum continuing stripping strength of 1 lb (4.5 N), after being bonded to its substrate or test panel, and allowed to cure at room temperature for 72 h. The applique shall show no evidence of lifting after application and prior to bond test. 3.2 BOND AND STRIPPING STRENGTH - CONDITIONED (ASTM D 903, except 90 peel on a 0.5 in (13 mm) wide strip) The applique, after
