2、-A SHIELDED GROUNDED VINYL JACKET 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a cable consisting of five PVC insulated conductors, shielded and ground wire wrapped, having a 105 C vinyl outer jacket. The conductors, ground wire and shielding are wrapped around a polypropylene rope. 2. APP
3、LICATION The specification was released originally for the graphic equalizer. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1
4、Conductors Shall be SAE wire size #18 (16 strands of #30 Awg) and shall conform to ESF-M1L58-A PVC Insulated Low Tension Cable. 3.2.2 Shielding Shall consist of aluminum foil bonded to polyester film, having an approximate thickness of 0.038 mm. The shielding, with the aluminum foil to the outside o
5、f the cable, shall be tightly wound around both conductors with a minimum overlap to insure no gaps. 3.2.3 Ground Wire Shall be SAE wire size #18, consisting of 16 strands of #30 Awg wire conforming to ESF-M2L1-A , Soft or Annealed Copper Wire. It shall be wound approximately 1 turn/25 mm over the foil. Outer Jacket Shall be 105 C vinyl. The finished outside diameter of the cable shall be a maximum of 9 mm.
