SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a soft round copper wire with a single film high temperature insulation and an overcoat. 2. APPLICATION This specificati

REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 CO

8、 RESISTANCE Ohm/m The wire shall be drawn to a resistance: #34 AWG 0.862 +/- 1.0% #36 AWG 1.375 +/- 1.25% #38 AWG 2.160 +/- 1.5% The resistance variation within a spool shall be less than +/- 1% of the nominal value for the spool at a reference temperature of 20 C. 3.9 CONTINUITY, max 15 (Nema MW100
9、0, para 3.8.1.1 or 3.8.1.1.2) 3.10 CONFORMITY WITH THIS SPECIFICATION In the case of failure under any of the foregoing tests, two additional tests shall be made, and the wire shall be regarded as meeting the requirements of this specification if the results of the additional tests are satisfactory.
10、 The wire shall be regarded as not meeting the requirements of this specification if the results of either of the two additional tests are unsatisfactory. 4.
