SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a non-rigid vinyl chloride polymer that may include one or more monomers copolymerized with vinyl chloride. 2. APPLICATION This specification was re

REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 MOLDED TEST SPECIMENS 3.2.1 Prepa

4、ration of Test Specimens Unless otherwise specified, test specimens shall be prepared from sheets 1.9 +/- 0.2 mm thick molded by compression as described in ASTM D 3182. 3.2.3 Color To be specified on engineering drawing. 3.2.4 Specific Gravity, max 1.50 (ASTM D 792) 3.2.5 Hardness, Durometer “A“ 70 +/- 10 (ASTM D 2240, 15 s interval) 3.2.6 Tensile Strength, min 8.3 MPa (ASTM D 412, Die C) Elongation, min 250% 3.2.7 Volatile Loss, max 6.0% (ASTM D 1203, Method “A“ at 105 C) 3.2.8 Brittleness Temperature, max -20 C (ASTM D 746)
