APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used for contact springs on the fuel t

REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 CHEMICAL ANALYSIS (ASTM E 36) Tin 3.5 - 5.80 Phosphorus 0.03 - 0.35 Antimony 0.01 max

4、 Iron 0.10 max Lead 0.05 max Zinc 0.30 max Copper + Tin + Phosphorus 99.50 min 3.2 THICKNESS 0.005 +/- 0.0003 in (0.127 +/- 0.008 mm) 3.3 MECHANICAL PROPERTIES Tensile Strength 90 - 101 ksi (621 - 696 MPa) Elongation, min 2% (2 in (50 mm) gage length) Hardness, Knoop, min 118 (100 g load) Tensile strength is the prime prerequisite. Material should not be rejected on hardness alone, unless it is a fabricated part upon which tensile strength cannot be run. 3.4 ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY, min 15% (IACS at 20 C)
