REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 COMPOSITION Acrylate-Imine-Adduct Propyleneimine content 0.005% by weight 3.2 MIXING RATIO W
4、ITH PAINT As specified by vendor, in general 1 - 2%. 3.3 PHYSICAL PROPERTIES 3.3.1 Density 1.08 +/- 0.05 g/cm3 (ASTM D 1475) 3.3.2 pH-Value 12 +/- 0.5 3.3.3 Flash Point The flash point shall conform to the safety regulations applicable to the plant and or country where the material shall be used. 3.
5、3.4 Shelf Stability During a storage of 6 months at room temperature the material as received shall not gel or liver upon standing and must be free from settling which cannot be dispersed by normal agitation. 3.4 SUBSTANCE CONTROL Legal, health, safety and environmental constraints may apply to the materials which are submitted for approval to this specification.
