The hinge may require modification for different model abrasers but when properly located, should position the scuffing head so that its vertical center line is 32 mm from the center pin of the

7、st Conditions All test values indicated herein are based on material conditioned in a controlled atmosphere of 23 +/- 2 OC and 50 +/- 5 % relative humidity for not less than 24 h prior to testing and tested under the same conditions unless otherwise specified. Procedure 1. Prepare and mount the spec
8、imen as described in Ford Laboratory Test Method BN 108-02. 2. Mount the special scuffing head (A or B) as designated by the Engineering Specification in place of the wheels and weights normally used. 3. Start the machine and scuff the test specimen for the number of cycles and under the loads speci
9、fied by the Engineering Specification. 4. At the completion of the required number of cycles, remove the sample and evaluate according to the Engineering Specification. Chemicals, materials, parts, and equipment referenced in this document must be used and handled properly. Each party is responsible
